Reproductive Possibilities is a gestational surrogacy agency based in Montvale, New Jersey, operating as a for-profit limited liability company. It was founded by Melissa B. Brisman, who continues to lead the organization, and works with a small team.
The agency matches intended parents with gestational carriers and, according to its website, serves both domestic and international clients, including couples and single people and both LGBTQ+ and heterosexual intended parents. Surrogates are recruited within the United States. Intended parents can engage the agency for full management of a journey from matching through delivery, or select individual services on an as-needed basis, a structure the agency describes as customizable.
Alongside matching and case management, the agency offers in-house reproductive legal guidance. Families working with Reproductive Possibilities may encounter two related entities: Surrogate Fund Management, LLC, an escrow company operating from the same Montvale address, and the law firm Melissa B. Brisman, Esq., LLC, which the founder also runs.
The agency sets requirements for surrogate applicants covering age, body mass index, prior pregnancy and delivery history, prior cesarean sections, and a no-smoking policy. Those criteria, along with fee and compensation information and any accreditation details on file, appear in the tables further down this page.
Recent ownership change: Third-party records (Wikipedia's Circle Surrogacy/Growing Generations entries and a private-equity portfolio profile for Northstar Fertility) list Reproductive Possibilities as one of three surrogacy agencies under NorthStar Fertility Partners, alongside Circle Surrogacy and Growing Generations; Northstar's own acquisition activity in this space is documented for 2023 (Surrogacy.com, Everie). The agency's own site does not mention a parent company and still presents Melissa Brisman as founder/leader, so the transaction date and terms for Reproductive Possibilities specifically are unconfirmed.

Virginia is amazing! She is soo very kind and patient, and will bend over backwards to answer any questions, to address any concerns, to help in any way she can and make you feel at ease. She has made this process so easy so far and she’s literally the reason I chose to go with this agency in the first place. We are so lucky to have been able to work with you Virginia, thank you for everything you have done for me and my family. We appreciate you! 🙏🤗
View on Google (opens in a new tab)Unethical and unreliable agency . I had a horrible experience as a mother to be . I was asked by one of the staffers to pay in advance 11000 USD, to be prioritize for the agency to find me a surrogate within a year. It was just post covid . I signed all the contract on her word I would be reimbursed if there was no fertilization , they sent me the first profiled 2 years later and my fertilization had failed . The agency exploits the desire of mothers to be to have a child at their most vulnerable. Never work with them, the first rule of a surrogate agency is efficiency and trustworthiness . They are neither.
View on Google (opens in a new tab)You should RUN from reproductive possibilities!!! I Highly recommend conceivabilities, way better service and they actually find you a surrogate. If they don’t, you get a refund. Reproductive possibilities kept our money and pointed out the fine print that they didn’t have to find us a qualified surrogate. Conceivabilities is WAY BETTER!!!! (This is my humble opinion) ☺️
View on Google (opens in a new tab)Couldn’t have been a worse, more unorganized, non-transparent, amateur and agonizing experience. I didn’t know if all agencies were as unorganized and haphazard. Having now seen what professional agencies handle and how they screen, match and execute due diligence with effective systems and processes, it’s abundantly clear just how much RP robbed us of time, money and caused emotional heartache, all while I did the job that I paid them to do. Steer clear!
