About All Love Surrogacy

All Love Surrogacy is a for-profit surrogacy and egg donation agency based in Valencia, California, founded in 2023. It works as a full-service agency, meaning it coordinates the pieces of a journey rather than focusing on a single step, and it is run by a small team of roughly five people, including its founder and several coordinators and case managers.

According to the agency, its mission is to help people of all backgrounds and family structures become parents through egg donation and surrogacy, with support for intended parents and surrogates regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnicity or religion. It works with LGBTQ+ and single intended parents and with clients based outside the United States, and the agency says it arranges gestational surrogacy only, not traditional surrogacy. An egg donation program is offered alongside surrogacy matching.

Day-to-day, the program pairs intake and matching with ongoing case management: coordinators act as the link between intended parents, their surrogate, the fertility clinic, monitoring clinics and insurance. The agency also advertises Chinese-language client support through a Mandarin- and Taiwanese-speaking staff member.

All Love Surrogacy participates in Men Having Babies' Gay Parenting Assistance Program (GPAP I and GPAP II) and its Members' Benefit Program, and is listed as a provider in that organization's Surrogacy Advisor directory.

Among published reviews, several intended parents describe close coordination by named staff members, including proactive reminders, clinic and insurance logistics handled on their behalf, and continued contact through the end of the journey. Eligibility requirements, surrogate compensation ranges and other program details appear below.

I’m incredibly grateful for my experience as a surrogate with this agency. The support I received throughout the entire process was outstanding. Crystal went above and beyond. She was knowledgeable, reassuring, and walked me through every step with ease. Because of her, the journey felt organized, smooth, and far less overwhelming. I would absolutely recommend this agency to anyone considering becoming a surrogate.

All Love was incredible throughout this journey! I shopped around a bit before finally going with All Love because I honestly went into this having no idea what to expect. Fzz A rom the very first time Deanne (my coordinator ) reached out to me, her line was always open! I felt free and comfortable asking literally any question I had. They were super supportive throughout every single step of the journey and I loved every little gift I got along the way! They were all so thoughtful and put together with care. You can tell that every member of the team has a real passion for this and I truly enjoyed every moment!

We went to ALS to find a gestational carrier to help start our family. We wouldn't be more pleased with service and support. ALS was able to match us to our GC. The ALS team has provided great recommendations of reputable lawyers, IVF doctors and clinics, and insurance brokerage to use. Our journey to starting a family has not been easy, but having ALS as part of our journey has been helpful. The ALS team have been helpful in guiding us through potential pitfalls of this process and setting up realistic expectations. We are so grateful for Jay, Deanne, Crystal, and the rest of the ALS team for their help and support. I would recommend ALS to anyone thinking about starting family with a gestational carrier.
