I can’t rave about this agency enough. Orly and Diamond are literally the dream team in this industry. The time and energy they put into it all amazes me. Orly (The owner) and Diamond (The coordinator) are professional, knowledgeable, honest, caring women who are strong advocates for their clients. They have kept me in the loop through every stage down to the smallest details. I’ve always felt encouraged to ask questions and these ladies have been so quick to respond. They worked diligently through the process of approval with my IPs fertility clinic. Payments have came on time, some even earlier than expected! I am so happy with the level of support I’ve had - from answering all my questions, literally meeting me (and my family) in person when I went to my medical screening, and just welcoming me with open arms from the start. Working with Alma is also becoming a part of their family. It’s so close nit and personal. With them, we have also found the perfect IPs - who we align with so well.
