Central Coast Surrogacy, LLC is a for-profit, full-service surrogacy and egg donation agency based in California. It is a small operation, founded and run by Danielle Hernandez, with a team of roughly five people. According to the agency, staff work from Arizona, California and Texas, and it accepts egg donors and surrogates from all 50 states.
The agency works with intended parents pursuing gestational surrogacy, including families living outside the United States; the agency says it provides international case management for those clients. Because it also runs an egg donation program, intended parents who need both a donor and a gestational carrier can arrange them through the same organization.
As a full-service agency, it handles the surrogacy journey end to end rather than limiting itself to matching, and its published materials describe surrogacy as a commitment of roughly 12 to 18 months from application to delivery. Surrogate eligibility requirements, including prior pregnancy and parenting criteria, are listed in the table further down this page, along with published fee and compensation information.
Surrogate inquiries are handled directly by the agency by phone or email rather than through an online application form. Intended parents and prospective surrogates deal with the founder and a small staff throughout, which shapes the day-to-day experience of working with the organization.

I'm now entering my second journey with Central Coast Surrogacy. The journey has been a learning process but Danielle made sure to be there for any questions or concerns I've had. She's super knowledgeable, professional and friendly and just knowing she is there when I need her is such a relief and makes the journey so smooth. Would recommend her to anyone who's interested in blessing another family!
