Dreamweaver Surrogacy & Egg Donation is a for-profit, full-service surrogacy and egg donation agency operating as Dreamweaver Donations, LLC. It is based in California, with addresses in the Los Angeles area, and works with intended parents, surrogates and egg donors across the United States and abroad.
According to the agency, Dreamweaver was founded to give intended parents, surrogates and egg donors a streamlined journey tailored to them, and it partners with other agencies to widen the search for matches on all sides. As a full-service program, it coordinates the surrogacy process from matching onward and runs its own egg donor program alongside surrogacy. Its website also describes a nationwide and international footprint, including a hybrid Canada–USA program, and the agency says its surrogacy team is made up entirely of former surrogates, intended parents and egg donors.
The agency works with LGBTQ+ intended parents and with intended parents living outside the United States. It is a listed provider in the Men Having Babies Surrogacy Advisor directory and participates in that organization's Gay Parenting Assistance Program, which includes a Stage I discount and a commitment to pro bono services at Stage II. Surrogates are asked to be United States citizens or permanent residents; the full eligibility criteria appear in the table below.
Allie Manterfield is identified on the agency's site as program director. Dreamweaver publishes its fee information, and its fee ranges, surrogate compensation ranges and Better Business Bureau details are summarized further down this page.

View on Google (opens in a new tab)We went through a surrogacy journey with Dreamweaver in 2023 and couldn't be happier. During the matching process, they took our (somewhat complex) matching preferences into account, and found us a fantastic surrogate who checked every box, and was qualified for our strict fertility clinic. While the journey with that candidate didn't work out due to her not becoming pregnant, the Dreamweaver team was outstanding in their support and efforts to rematch us with a new candidate as quickly as possible. They put intended parents needing a rematch at the front of the queue, which was greatly appreciated, and we were rematched in less than a month. We are now the proud parents of a beautiful baby girl, and we couldn't be more thrilled! Thank you so much to Allie and the Dreamweaver team for all that you do. Highly recommend.
View on Google (opens in a new tab)The DreamWeaver team have been incredible partners throughout our surrogacy journey. From start to finish, they have been thoughtful, responsive, and truly supportive. Allie in particular has been exceptional. She shows up with real care and urgency, and you can feel how invested she is in you as a person, not just a client. She guides you without ever pushing, and always makes sure you feel informed and confident in your decisions. Nothing about this experience has felt transactional. It has felt personal, intentional, and genuinely tailored to us. I highly recommend DreamWeaver, and always encourage people to work directly with Allie if they can. She is an incredible advocate and partner.
