Egg Donor & Surrogate Solutions, LLC is a for-profit, full-service surrogacy and egg donation agency founded in 2007 and based in Frisco, Texas. It works with intended parents and with women applying to become gestational carriers or egg donors, handling both sides of the process in-house rather than limiting itself to matching alone. The agency sums up its purpose on its website as creating happy families one relationship at a time through egg donation and surrogacy.
The organization runs its two programs under separate brands that both belong to the same company: a surrogacy site, an egg donor site, and a combined site that brings the two together. Its team is sizable for an agency of this kind, with roughly thirty staff, and surrogates and donors are assigned a coordinator who stays with them through the journey.
Intended parents served include married and unmarried couples, single parents, LGBTQ+ parents, and families living outside the United States. Surrogates and egg donors are recruited within the U.S. Because the agency offers both services, intended parents who need donor eggs as well as a gestational carrier can arrange both through the same office.
Requirements to apply as a surrogate — including age range, body mass index, prior pregnancy and delivery history, and tobacco use — are set out in the eligibility section below, along with the compensation range the agency publishes and its program fees, which it makes available rather than quoting only on request.

We had a wonderful experience. Responsive, caring, sensitive, and immensely kind. We loved working with them start to finish.
View on Google (opens in a new tab)I am so happy I chose Egg Donor & Surrogate Solutions & I truly don’t regret my decision. From the very beginning, I interviewed with several different agencies but I felt the strongest connection with EDSS. They answered all of my questions & more importantly they asked a lot of questions about me. I really appreciated that because it showed me they wanted to make sure I was matched with intended parents who were the right fit for me not just move me through the process quickly. The process itself wasn’t quick & I actually think that was a good thing. We took our time finding the right IPs & making sure everything felt right. I was able to look through the intended parents profiles and choose my top five. I personally wanted to work with intended parents who lived in the same state as me if possible & I was fortunate enough to have that happen! The farthest I traveled was about an hour & a half to the IVF clinic. I also appreciated having the ability to choose my own OB & schedule my appointments with a provider who worked well with my work schedule. Having that flexibility made a big difference for me. My coordinator, Rachel, was truly perfect for the job. She was there for me throughout the entire journey & answered all of my questions. She walked me through every step, from legal & the embryo transfer to pregnancy & postpartum. Anytime there was a bump in the road Rachel was there to help us work through it. The only challenges I personally experienced were related to my limited insurance plan, which resulted in me needing to choose a new OB & having a few bumps along the way. I also had a slight hiccup with short term disability through my job. These things were specific to my personal situation but I would definitely recommend taking the time to understand your insurance coverage & choosing a plan that works well for a surrogacy journey. My intended parents were such caring & wonderful people. They checked in on me as often as they could & came to most of my OB appointments. Even though our busy schedules meant we didn’t get to spend as much time together as we might have liked, they always made an effort to stay connected. They sent sweet messages, checked in on me & even asked how my kids were doing, which meant a lot to me. I was very thankful to have no major complications during pregnancy, delivery, or postpartum other than the normal postpartum healing. I will say that this pregnancy was very different from my own pregnancies & I think that is something every potential surrogate should keep in mind. Every pregnancy & every journey can be different so it’s important to go into it with an open mind & realistic expectations. Looking back, I am very grateful for my experience with EDSS & for the people who supported me throughout my journey. If I were to do another journey in the future, there are definitely a few things I would do differently to make the experience even smoother but overall, I am very happy with my decision to choose EDSS. I’m thankful for the journey, the people I met along the way & especially for the opportunity to help bring a baby into the world for such a wonderful family.
View on Google (opens in a new tab)I have used ED&SS for both of my journeys. From the get go, they have been nothing short of amazing. From top tier communication, their hands on work, and making me feel like an actual human being and not a number, they have stood apart from any other agency out there. They strive to be the best, and it shows. Each and every single member of their team I have had the pleasure of working with, has welcomed me, helped me without question, and been there for me through it all. I love that they have monthly zooms we can attend that cover all aspects of a journey. They really go above and beyond, and you would be in the best hands ever choosing them as an agency
View on Google (opens in a new tab)I completed two cycles with this company, and I absolutely loved the experience. My twin sister also completed two cycles, and I was her partner during her retrieval weeks. So, in addition to helping create families, I got to travel to four different states with all my expenses paid and had such an amazing time! We created so many wonderful memories along the way. Not to mention the compensation, which really helped me treat myself to so many wonderful things. I even bought my first car with the money I earned from my first cycle! I love knowing that I was able to do my part in the world by donating my genetic material to help create happy families, especially since I don’t plan on having children of my own. It’s incredibly rewarding to know that something that was such a positive experience for me could mean so much to someone else. I might even sign up for another cycle in the near future!
