Expect Miracles Surrogacy is a for-profit, full-service surrogacy agency based in San Diego, California. It describes itself as a national agency that supports intended parents and gestational surrogates across all 50 states and internationally, and it remains an active business.
As a full-service agency, its stated role is to accompany both sides of a match through the whole journey rather than handle a single piece of it. According to its own description, the agency coordinates legal, medical, financial and emotional support throughout the surrogacy process, which in practice means helping intended parents and surrogates come together and then staying involved as the medical, contractual and administrative steps unfold.
The agency works with surrogate applicants who have carried at least one prior pregnancy and who fall within a defined age range; the fuller set of eligibility requirements, along with compensation and fee information where available, appears in the tables below this section.
Expect Miracles Surrogacy is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau, and its BBB profile lists two California locations for the company. Some surrogates who have written about their experiences note that the agency is run by former intended parents.

Expect Miracles was an amazing experience, My Coordinator Emily Q was always on her A game with responding and communicating and making my journey super easy, and comfortable with such an amazing journey that I had with them I went ahead and did it twice. I do not regret any minute of it especially when going into such a big commitment of carrying another couple's baby to give them the gift of being parents. I give them 110/ 100 and would definitely recommend them to any woman deciding on taking a big commitment like this. - Jackie P "Texas"

I felt like they held my hand through the whole process, always attentive to any questions I had any doubts made this journey to where I would do it over again and recommend it to all my friends and family.

View on Google (opens in a new tab)I would like to thank Expect Miracles Surrogacy for making my experience and journey, Feel like a piece of cake. The customer service they provided me with the information in making my journey so easy and stress free was amazing. The way they respond asap when I had a question or doubt, they did not hesitate to explain everything and leave everything really clear and understandable to me, I have recommended them to friends and family. I had different case managers, but Emily was the most responsive and took care of my issues quickly. All around a really good agency and good people. -Brianna M, I'm from Maine.
