For starters I never take the time to write google reviews but I feel like this agency and the people that are a part of this company truly deserve it. Starting my first journey in 2020 I was nervous with so much unknown with surrogacy and the process. I am a person that always has 21 questions when I’m doing something I’ve never done before and whenever I had questions no matter the staff I was in contact with during that time they always answered my questions friendly and professional. My case worker with my last journey Korey was such an incredible and kind person. She always handled everything I needed in a timely matter and fixed any issues that came up. She made sure when I needed to travel to LA from Fresno everything from flights to hotels were booked in very nice and clean hotels. She made sure any reimbursement I was entitled too , I received. We got to meet in person twice and both times she always made me feel comfortable and I am a social awkward person when I first meet someone lol. I could say so many good things about her. She truly makes endings this chapter in my life so sad because she was a part of this journey that brought me a friendship I never knew I needed! If you were on the fence about surrogacy this company will make you feel comfortable and answer any questions you have whether you go through with it or not. They don’t apply any pressure at all. I’m so glad I got to experience this. I feel like I have a blended family with both my IP’s and I feel a sense of happiness and pride being able to help complete two families. It’s a feeling hard to describe in words this bond I now have with both my IP’s and I didn’t think helping a family through surrogacy would make me feel this kind of happiness and love.
