This review reflects MY PERSONAL experience and factual interactions with Modernly Ever After during our administrative and onboarding process. While initial communications with Ciara were supportive, expectations broke down during the financial-verification stage, and the retainer agreement was dissolved in mid-May. Following the dissolution, there were extended delays and conflicting updates regarding the timeline for returning my $2,500 deposit that was a non refundable deposit but they advised I would be refunded as a courtesy. I ultimately resolved the matter by opening a dispute through my payment provider, which finalized the return of the funds. When I previously shared an honest account of my experience online, the agency engaged legal counsel to send formal demand letters threatening litigation unless the review was modified which I have done so now. Embarking on a surrogacy journey is an emotionally and financially sensitive process. My advice to prospective intended parents is to thoroughly review financial verification procedures, refund policies, and communication protocols before entering into an agreement with any agency.
