Neway was our FIFTH fertility clinic. We came to Dr. Wang after years of heartbreak and disappointment, on the recommendation of a friend who had welcomed her own miracle daughter through IVF under his care. From the very beginning, it felt different. Dr. Wang is incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful, but what makes him so special is the way he combines that expertise with genuine compassion. He listens. He is available. He pays attention to the details. And rather than treating fertility care as a one size fits all process, he truly tailors his approach to the individual person sitting in front of him. After everything we had been through, feeling heard and cared for meant more than I can put into words. The nurses at Neway are equally extraordinary. Every step of the way, I felt supported, reassured, and genuinely cared for. Fertility treatment can be an incredibly emotional and overwhelming journey, but this team has a way of making you feel safe and reminding you that you are not walking through it alone. After other clinics were unable to give us even one viable embryo, Dr. Wang helped us create healthy embryos—and today, I am writing this review nine weeks pregnant with our little miracle.❤️

It has been two years since I was there and I came back to write this with a lot of hindsight, and hearing stories from others about their experience elsewhere. It made me deeply grateful for mine. Finally, I think they take the full spectrum of the IVF procedure very seriously, especially embryology, which is sometimes taken as a given at other clinics.

This emotional rollercoaster of a journey somewhat felt less heavy after meeting Dr. Kort and he gave me the first glimmer of hope. I was seen by Dr. Kort at every appt, which is unheard of in NYC. He explained everything along the way, no question was ever stupid and his response time was unmatched. The empathy, patience and true understanding of how difficult this can be does not go unnoticed with him- he is in it with you and will do and try everything. I should also mention how amazing everyone in the lab is, the nurses (whom I got to know over the last year) and reception/ administration. The clinic is extremely well run and organized, which is important as well. If you are looking for a clinic that will be “in it” with you every step of the way and truly invest in the best possible outcome, look no further and go right to Neway.
