NewGen Families LLC, which operates as NewGen Families, is a for-profit, full-service surrogacy agency founded in 2021 and based in Las Vegas, Nevada. It is an active company with a staff of roughly 14 people, and Las Vegas is its single office location.
The agency describes itself as a modern, friendly and inclusive surrogacy agency that guides intended parents through every step of welcoming a newborn into their family, and says its purpose is to help create families for every intended parent regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation or relationship status. In keeping with that, it works with LGBTQ+ intended parents, single parents and clients based outside the United States, and there is no location requirement for intended parents. Alongside its surrogacy program, NewGen Families offers egg donation.
As a full-service agency, it coordinates the journey from matching through the birth, and its published materials set out how costs are staged across the process rather than collected up front. Surrogates are asked to live in a surrogacy-friendly U.S. state, but the agency does not require them to live near its office or a particular clinic. Its screening criteria include a no-smoking policy and a specified limit on prior cesarean sections; the full eligibility requirements, compensation range and fee structure appear further down this page.
NewGen Families is a listed provider in the Men Having Babies Surrogacy Advisor directory, a resource aimed at gay and single intended fathers, and it is a member of the Vegas Chamber, the Las Vegas metropolitan chamber of commerce. The agency says its team members bring between five and twelve years of experience in the surrogacy field.

We had our initial conversation with Damien regarding our surrogacy journey. Damien was awesome!! He took the time to explain all about the NewGen program and answered all of our questions. We felt really comfortable speaking with him and he helped us in the early phases of our surrogacy journey.

View on Google (opens in a new tab)Choosing to become an IP or GC is a huge decision. As a 2 time GC with NewGen, and hoping to do a third journey, I have firsthand knowledge of how wonderful this agency is. I was supported and cared for in every aspect of my journey with both sets of IPs, one international and one stateside, and I know that all 4 of my IPs felt the same way. Every member of the team goes above and beyond to make sure all parties are aligned in their wishes, and both of my journeys were flawless. I truly believe the matchmaking here is top tear and that's what ultimately lead to 2 beautiful journeys. Janelle, my godsend of a case worker, is incredible. I was never alone for a moment with her in my corner. Every call or text answered, and every worry or concern addressed. I've been so grateful to never experience many of the issues my fellow GCs experience with their agencies, and I'm so glad NewGen Families works so hard to take care of all parties. It's a team effort is all ways, and my team is the best.
View on Google (opens in a new tab)Choosing NewGen is something I will always thank God for. Looking back, I truly believe He led me to this agency for a reason. From the very first conversation, I felt an instant connection with every person I spoke with. Throughout both of my surrogacy journeys, I never once felt like “just another surrogate.” I felt seen, valued, loved, and prayed for. The biggest surprise for me was how deeply everyone cared. I expected an agency to help coordinate the process, but I never expected to gain relationships that felt like family. Every phone call, text, and check-in reminded me that I wasn’t walking this journey alone. The support I received went far beyond what I ever imagined. I was treated with so much kindness, grace, and respect from beginning to end. My case worker, Jenelle, was one of God’s greatest blessings during both journeys. She celebrated the joyful moments with me, walked beside me through the difficult ones, answered every question with patience, and constantly reminded me that I was cared for. God placed her exactly where I needed her, and I will always be grateful for her. I haven’t worked with another surrogacy agency, but I’ve heard heartbreaking stories from other surrogates about feeling forgotten or unsupported. Hearing those stories only makes me appreciate NewGen even more. My experience was completely different. I always felt that my well-being mattered just as much as the outcome of the journey. I recommend NewGen without any hesitation—and I already have several times! They don’t just help create families; they care for the women who make those miracles possible. Their team leads with compassion, integrity, and genuine love, and that shines through in everything they do. Being a surrogate has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. It has allowed me to witness God’s love in such a tangible way by helping answer another family’s prayers while growing in my own faith. NewGen was a beautiful part of that story, and I will forever be thankful that God chose them to walk this journey alongside me.
