Pacific Surrogacy, LLC is a for-profit, full-service gestational surrogacy agency based in Irvine, California. The agency describes itself as veteran-owned, and says it pre-screens surrogates nationwide and matches them with intended parents. Its Better Business Bureau file lists Haotian Bai as president, and identifies Patriot Conceptions LLC as a related business.
As a full-service agency, Pacific Surrogacy works with both sides of a match: women applying to become gestational carriers and intended parents seeking one. Screening of prospective surrogates happens before matching, and the agency draws its surrogate pool from across the country rather than from California alone, so matches are not limited to families and carriers in the same region.
The company operates as a limited liability company and remains active. It holds an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau and is not BBB accredited. Eligibility requirements, fee and compensation information, and licensing and BBB details appear further down this page.
Pacific Surrogacy is a separate business from Pacific Surrogacy and Egg Donation, LLC of Tarzana, California, despite the similarity in names.
AI summary of 7 reviews · can make mistakes
Most reviewers describe a positive experience, often praising staff as professional, supportive and responsive to questions. Many reviews appear to describe fertility clinic services such as IVF and egg freezing rather than surrogacy specifically. A few reviewers were unhappy with delays, long waits and poor communication.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this clinic was extremely disappointing. I initially went there for egg freezing, but after months of delays and poor communication, I decided not to move forward with treatment. The doctor came across as unempathetic and uninterested in addressing my concerns. I never felt like a valued patient. What was most frustrating was that it took almost five months to get basic lab results. Egg freezing is a time-sensitive process, and waiting that long is simply unacceptable. Throughout the entire experience, communication was poor, and I often felt like no one was taking responsibility or providing clear answers. To make matters worse, even though I chose not to continue treatment because of these issues, I kept receiving bills despite the delays and lack of service.

View on Google (opens in a new tab)Dr. Shala is great. She is very honest and upfront about everything which I love, no BS. Most of my interaction is with Dayse my coordinator and she is literally the most amazing. She is so patient and understanding and responds quickly to my MANY MANY questions. I know I drive her nuts, but she has never once made me feel like I do. PRC is lucky to have her. I haven’t had the best of luck in my IVF journey so far but she is definitely the reason I have stayed with them. I can’t praise her dedication and thoughtfulness enough. She is positive and honest with us always. Thank you Dayse for your love and support through this journey.
