Southern California Surrogacy is a for-profit, full-service surrogacy agency based in Irvine, California. It works with both sides of a surrogacy journey, supporting intended parents who are building families and the gestational carriers who carry for them, and it also offers egg donation services alongside its surrogacy program.
The agency operates from a single office in Orange County and describes itself as a Southern California–based surrogate agency serving intended parents and surrogates. Its full-service model means the agency coordinates the journey from start to finish rather than handling one piece of it, and its egg donor program allows intended parents who need donor eggs to arrange that alongside a surrogacy match.
Intended parents of all family structures are welcome, including LGBTQ+ parents. Surrogate applicants are asked to be U.S. citizens or permanent residents; the agency does not work with surrogates living outside the United States. Its eligibility requirements for carriers, including age, prior pregnancy and health-related criteria, appear in the table further down this page, as do its published program fees and surrogate compensation figures. The agency publishes those cost details rather than quoting them only on request.
The business is registered as a California limited liability company and has been in operation since 2022. The Better Business Bureau names Ping Wang as the principal contact for the company. The BBB has assigned the company an A+ rating; it is not BBB accredited. Ownership has remained unchanged since the company was formed.

Although I wasn’t able to become a surrogate with this agency I just want to share my positive experience and interaction with Jazmin. I had expressed interest a few months ago with different agencies and I would either never get called back or if I did hear back, there was never any follow up. I even had one agency tell me “no families would want to work with you unfortunately”. I eventually gave up trying to become a surrogate after being told that. Jazmin reached out again after reaching out initially and figured okay why not try one more time with this agency. She scheduled a phone call with me to discuss details and see if I would be able to carry. For starters she was so patient. My kids were being loud in the background and she kept telling me she understands, that she has kids of her own, and to take my time. She asked about my previous deliveries and I told her I had 3. Without disclosing too much, she realized I was ineligible to become a surrogate due to a complication during one of my deliveries. She was so sympathetic and didn’t make me feel less of a woman. She put it in a way where she cared about my safety. Even though I am not able to become a surrogate, she gave me the closure no one else was willing to give me. I would highly recommend this agency due to the fact that they seem to care about their surrogates. Thank you Jazmin!!
