The Denver Dads is a for-profit surrogacy agency, incorporated as Denver Dads, Inc., that arranges surrogacy and IVF journeys carried out in Colombia. Rather than operating its own medical facilities, it works through partner fertility clinics there, and describes itself as a full-service agency supporting both intended parents and the surrogates who carry for them.
The agency was started by a married same-sex couple, Kile Mockett and Jacobo ("Jaco") Vargas, following their own surrogacy journey in Colombia. The two are the public face of the organization, appearing as its operators across its website, Instagram account and a joint YouTube channel, and the team is small.
According to its website, the agency serves LGBTQ+ couples, single intended parents and clients coming from outside the United States, and it also works with surrogates and egg donation as part of its programs. Its stated services span matching and coordination through the medical process with its partner clinics, alongside donor options for families who need them.
The agency says it draws on in-house legal support together with a network of outside attorneys to handle the Colombian parental rights process, including the maternity impugnation step that transfers legal parentage to intended parents. Because the medical and legal work takes place in Colombia while the company carries a Denver, Colorado business identity, intended parents working with it are pursuing an international journey.
