They matched us with the most amazing surrogate and had a detailed and intricate process to ensure that everyone felt respected, cared for, and seen as people as well as customers and surrogate. Their level of personalized care is one that we have never experienced before at any company or organization and we built lifelong relationships with everyone at TPI. Their peace of mind program is top notch and is very valuable during a very uncertain biological process. The fee is steep as is the costs of the industry, but the service that you will recieve is unparalleled and they will do everything in your power to help you to have the family you want. Without TPI we would not have our family and as I sit next to my wife and our adorable and fantastic son we can personally attest that he was everything that our hearts and deepest desires have ever wanted and none of this would have been possible without the caring people at TPI. TPI was able to match us to the most perfect GC! The process from start to finish could not have been better. Marcus and Sara are angels and worked with us every step of the way. Before I matched with TPI, I researched and even contacted other agencies, but the difference was clear right away. With TPI, I could feel that they truly cared. Anytime I had a question or concern, there was never an issue, someone was always quick to respond with support and reassurance. That level of personal attention meant everything to me. I was matched with the perfect intended parents both journeys and I know that’s because of the care and thought the team put into the process. Rebecca, my coordinator, has been amazing always checking in, answering my questions, and making sure I felt confident every step of the way. Marcus and Sara have also been a steady source of encouragement, and together with the rest of the team, they made me feel like part of a family.
