International Fertility Group, also known as IFG, is a for-profit, full-service fertility management agency with offices in Northbrook, Illinois, Limassol, Cyprus, and Bratislava, Slovakia. It describes itself as a U.S.-based global fertility management agency that helps individuals and couples build their families through guided, compassionate care.
According to the agency, its programs cover full IVF, surrogacy, egg donation, and mitochondrial replacement therapy, coordinated through a network of partner clinics, donors, and surrogates. The agency says that network spans Ukraine, Albania, Georgia, Slovakia, Mexico, Armenia, and the United States, with the medical steps of a journey — embryo transfer and the surrogate's pregnancy — taking place at partner clinics abroad rather than at the Illinois office. In this model, IFG acts as the coordinator: matching, program planning, and day-to-day case management sit with the agency, while treatment is delivered by the clinics it works with.
IFG works with intended parents who are LGBTQ+, single, or living outside the United States, and it matches with surrogates internationally as well. An egg donor program is offered alongside surrogacy, so intended parents who need donor eggs can arrange both through the same organization. Staffing estimates put the team at roughly fifteen people, and the agency's careers page shows active hiring for surrogate-recruitment and case-management roles.
The agency says it has more than a decade of experience in this work, and it remains an active company under the same ownership. Because most of its programs are delivered through overseas partners, journeys differ considerably depending on which country a family's program runs in.

I had a wonderful experience with the International Fertility Group (IFG). They are thoroughly professional and will go all out to make your dream come true. Kesenia from IFG has really been an inspiration and she assured me and was an inspiration to the success. We were blessed with a beautiful baby boy whom we named Ian and it is all thanks to IFG and their team of highly professional individuals, doctors, laboratory personnel and other staff without them we would never have been parents. I will highly recommend IFG to any potential parent. Ksenia is a wonderful coordinator and made us feel welcome and went through the process in a professional way. Even though I could not thank each of of the team, my heart goes out to them in saying a big THANK YOU.

I didn’t know what to expect at first, but they were patient, answered every question, and guided me through things I had no idea about. What I appreciated most is that I never felt pushed or judged. The coordinators were always in touch, even late evenings. It’s a stressful process, but with them it felt manageable. I’m really glad I chose IFG!
