Omega Family Global, formerly known as Omega Family Surrogates, is a for-profit surrogacy agency based in San Diego, California. It works with intended parents from any state or country, and its program is built around gestational surrogacy from the matching stage through the birth of a child. The organization is staffed by roughly two dozen people.
The agency describes itself as a full-service program that also handles the legal side of a journey. According to its own materials, it coordinates matching between intended parents and surrogates, contracts, insurance, and communication with IVF clinics and OB providers, and supports both sides from match through delivery. The agency says its team has recruited and matched more than 3,200 surrogates with intended parents. An egg donation program is offered alongside surrogacy, and the operation has been presented publicly alongside sibling businesses handling insurance, egg donation, and legal services.
Surrogates applying to the program are gestational carriers who have already carried at least one pregnancy, and the agency sets requirements around age, BMI, prior cesarean deliveries, and smoking; the specifics, along with published fee information and surrogate compensation ranges, appear in the tables below. Because the agency publishes its fee structure, intended parents can review costs before making contact.
Omega Family Global works with international intended parents as well as families in the United States, and the agency notes journeys in which intended parents and surrogates did not share a common language. Surrogates themselves are recruited within the United States.
