Twinkle Surrogacy is a small, for-profit surrogacy agency based in Las Vegas, Nevada, founded in 2023. It describes itself as a boutique, full-service program, and its own materials also list a second office address in Bellevue, Washington. The agency says it keeps its caseload deliberately limited so that families and surrogates work closely with the same people throughout a journey.
The agency was started by two cofounders, Jane and Cherry, who according to its About page remain directly involved in client work. The team is small, roughly four to six people, and includes a surrogate coordinator alongside the two separately advertised roles at the center of its model: an IP manager assigned to intended parents and a surrogate manager assigned to the gestational carrier, each handling case management for their side of the match.
According to its website, Twinkle handles matching and then coordinates the practical work of a journey, including medical, psychological and social prescreening of surrogate applicants in house, scheduling, insurance questions, and communication among clinics and attorneys. The agency says that 90 percent of intended parents and gestational carriers match within two months. Applications and intake questionnaires run on an outside platform operated by a third-party vendor rather than software built by the agency itself.
Twinkle works with international intended parents as well as families in the United States, and describes coordinating across time zones on their behalf. It publishes its fee structure and surrogate compensation ranges, and those figures, along with eligibility requirements for surrogate applicants, appear in the tables below.
As a 2023 agency, Twinkle's public footprint is largely made up of testimonials on its own site and a small number of directory listings; it remains an active business under its founders, with no ownership change on record.
