About Colorado Surrogacy / Montana Surrogacy / Southwest Surrogacy / New England Surrogacy / Texas Surrogacy / Pacific Cascade Surrogacy

Bright Futures Families, LLC is a for-profit, full-service surrogacy agency headquartered in Colorado that works with intended parents and gestational surrogates across several regions of the United States. It operates as an umbrella organization over a group of regional brands, including Colorado Surrogacy, Montana Surrogacy, Southwest Surrogacy, Texas Surrogacy, Pacific Cascade Surrogacy and New England Surrogacy, with locations tied to Colorado, Montana, New Mexico, Texas, Oregon and New England. Colorado Surrogacy, which appears to have been the original brand, now describes itself as a member of Bright Futures Families, and the regional brands say they have moved under one roof with communications centralized through the parent organization.

The company was founded by two co-founders, one of whom serves as co-owner and chief executive and the other as co-director; the latter is also a founding partner of an assisted reproductive technology law firm, Trachman Law Center, LLC. Both are still identified as principals of the organization.

According to the agency, it connects intended parents with gestational surrogates nationwide, serving couples experiencing infertility, same-sex couples, and single men and women building families through assisted reproductive technology. It says it screens and selects surrogates, and that every relationship begins with a no-charge consultation. The agency also offers an egg donor program. Among the points it highlights about its approach, it says intended parents are not required to use in-house or agency-appointed legal counsel, and that it asks intended parents to have a documented medical need.

Surrogate eligibility criteria, including age, pregnancy history, body mass index and smoking policy, along with published agency fees and surrogate compensation ranges, are listed in the sections below.

My wife had an amazing experience as a surrogate through Bright Futures! I am thankful for the care shown to her, from the onboarding process all the way through her delivery. They made this journey as simple as one could possibly hope it could be for our family and the service they provided was an invaluable asset for a surrogate. This group will ease any anxieties you may have and hold your hand through the whole process. Again I am thankful my wife chose them to oversee her journey as a surrogate!

My experience with BFF Colorado has been excellent from start to finish. I am someone who does a lot of research before making decisions, after doing due diligence on researching surrogacy agencies in CO I absolutely made the right choice with BFF. They check every single box of what you need/want as you go through your family journey - responsive and timely, attentive and know you and what you need inside and out, think ahead to what is coming next (because the process is lengthy, complex, and can be daunting without a guide like BFF), honest and upfront, and deeply compassionate and understanding. I have recommended BFF to a couple other growing families who have found success with them as well. If I had to go through this journey all over, I would chose them again and again.

We have had a great experience with the team at Bright Futures Families on both of our surrogacy journeys over the past couple of years. They have always been supportive through bumps in the road and the triumphs. When we were ready for a second surrogacy journey, we knew we wanted Bright Futures Families to help us grow our family for a second time. They are always super communicative and easy to reach, they truly gave us a true sense of security through the entire process.

We absolutely love BFF. They are the catalyst that helped us grow our family by two beautiful boys. They connected us with the best GC and helped us navigate the journey. The are very proactive and communicative. They truly feel like family, and we can’t recommend them enough. We are forever grateful for the care that Amanda and Jennifer have shown us.
