Tree of Life Center for Surrogacy, which also operates under the name TLC Surrogacy, is a for-profit surrogacy matching organization founded in 2007. On its website, it describes itself as an organization that recruits healthy women to help couples experiencing infertility become parents with the assistance of a surrogate. Alongside surrogacy, it also offers an egg donation program.
The agency's service-area pages point to a regional footprint across the Mountain West, with surrogate recruitment described in Colorado, Nevada and Utah. In Colorado, its pages name the Denver metro area, including Arvada, Aurora, Centennial, Lakewood, Littleton, Thornton and Westminster, as well as Colorado Springs, Boulder, the Fort Collins–Loveland area and Greeley. The structure reads as a small multi-state matching operation rather than a network of separately staffed offices.
TLC Surrogacy works on a matching-focused model, connecting intended parents with gestational carriers and supporting them through the steps that follow. According to its process page, the surrogacy contract itself is made between the intended parents and the surrogate rather than with the agency, with TLC Surrogacy serving as an advisor during contract negotiation. Intended parents and surrogates therefore engage their own legal counsel for the agreement while the agency's role centers on matching and guidance.
On its homepage, the agency publishes a testimonial from an intended parent who credits it with explaining the surrogacy process and offering detailed guidance. The agency remains active and continues to publish under both the TLC Surrogacy and Tree of Life Center for Surrogacy names.

Very rude receptionist!
View on Google (opens in a new tab)We were extremely satisfied with Dr. Jovanovic and his team. The expertise, service, and helpfulness were outstanding in every way! We'd especially like to mention Kristina here, who was always incredibly helpful and attentive. We would do it all exactly the same way again and would gladly recommend the clinic and Dr. J. to others. Thank you for all!!!
View on Google (opens in a new tab)We had an amazing experience here! Dr. J was very attentive and extremely competent, modifying the treatment plan as needed and always fitting us in when necessary. His support team was also great and we wanted to highlight Aja, who is so knowledgeable and the greatest support. We highly recommend this practice for anybody who wants to become a parent!
View on Google (opens in a new tab)Dr. Jovanovic is patient and amiable. He answered my questions and shared with me a lot of information to get me fully prepared for the operation. On top of that, he thinks for the patients and uses the best of the insurance to save patients’ money. Unlike other clinics that break down every item of the cost, his makes things easier to offer a package that include almost everything necessary to the patient needs. He is sincere and trustworthy. Recommend! Latest update September 2026~~~ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I am incredibly grateful to **Tree of Life Center Fertility (TLC)** for helping me turn a dream into reality. In January 2021, when I was 34, **Dr. Jovanovic** retrieved 20 eggs for me. I was so happy that I made the decision to freeze my eggs before turning 35. In 2025, I decided to use donor sperm to become a mother on my own. My first embryo cycle resulted in 10 embryos, but unfortunately, the transfer of a mosaic embryo was unsuccessful. A few months later, I tried again with a different donor. We created 20 embryos, and PGT identified two euploid XY embryos. I had my second transfer in November 2025—and this time, I became pregnant! My beautiful, healthy baby boy was born in July 2026. ❤️ A very special thank you to **Suleima**, my nurse coordinator. She was incredibly organized and precise with my cycles, medications, testing, donor genetic screening, and appointments. She always communicated with me patiently and even arranged early-morning monitoring so I could go to work afterward. More importantly, she understood my stress and always treated me with kindness and empathy. I am also deeply grateful to **Dr. Jovanovic** for his expertise and calm, careful care. During my transfer, he was especially attentive around my previous C-section scar. After my successful transfer, he held my hand and encouraged me. I will always remember that moment. Thank you to **Dr. Man Li**, my embryologist, for caring for my embryos and PGT, and to **Yang** for helping with translation and financial communication. The Tarzana office has such a warm and personal atmosphere. I never felt like just another patient. **Thank you to everyone at TLC. You helped turn my dream of becoming a mother into reality. I will always be grateful. ❤️**
